 MHA advocates alternative financial solutions for the healthcare sector because sole dependence on government will not enable us achieve high performance in our healthcare. We hold the strong belief that stakeholders in health include everybody because health is most important to life. The private sector should therefore be encouraged to take part in the provision of appropriate services in our hospitals. To this end, MHA is involved in provision of appropriate diagnostic services to teaching hospitals in Nigeria. We have installed a complete radiological unit in a teaching hospital and high-end radiological equipment in another. We remain the first and only organization to do this so far.
